Support Groups

We are excited to announce that we are back in person and we can’t wait to see you!

Seeking help can be difficult and at Ridgeview Institute we understand that. When you seek help for a mental health disorder or substance abuse problem, it isn’t a sign of weakness; it’s a sign of strength and a sign that you truly love yourself, and want to remove an obstacle in your life.

The need for support groups in our local area can’t be understated. With this in mind, Ridgeview Institute offers a variety of free, open support groups for anyone in our community who is in need of help. At Ridgeview Institute, we want to be your guiding hand.

Our goal is to be as available to our local populations as possible and allow them to maintain their work-life balance. For convenience and to ensure that many of those seeking help can get it, our support groups meet 7 days a week in our Professional North Building. During the traditional workweek (Monday through Friday) our earliest session starts at 6:00 PM; and on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) our support groups have both morning & evening sessions to ensure availability for those unable to attend during the week.

Your continued success is our goal and we are here to support you on your journey to wellness.
